Private chef collaboration

Collaboration with Martina Tenz, a private chef based in Milan, Italy. Two ceramic plates were specially made for Martina to plate and display recipes created by the fine-dining chef.

The dishes plated here are:

  • Beef tartare, daikon, wasabi cream, Anna Dutch osetra caviar, purple carrot & ginger juice

  • Lime gravlax of baby sea-bream, basil cream, Anna Dutch osetra caviar, dill oil & creme fraiche

  • Red prawns of Mazara del Vallo’s tartare, yoghurt, Chioggia beetroot puree, Anna Dutch Osetra caviar
